Dead batteries

new batteries and still no start. The truck was running perfect. Parked for 10 minutes and then wouldn't start. When the key is turned to start the engine, there is a click and then a rrrrrrrrr then nothing. ?????? fuses? looking for a fuse chart now, all my truck paperwork was stolen when truck was broken into in Vegas.

Yes, the shop thoroughly checked everything and did repairs. No charge. They remove the Gem and dried it out. All is ok now. In fact, the owner of the shop was mad as hell that I was sent away with a problem.

Glad the shop made it right. Like I said, they are ultimately responsible, and the owner must have felt the same way.
