Where is everybody from and what do you drive?

I live in Sevierville, which is between Knoxville and Gatlinburg. We have alot of car and truck shows in this area.

I have the pleasure of driving a 1999 F250 4x4 SD SC SB V10 Auto Lariat. The mods that I have made so far are: K&N FIPK kit, Muffler delete, complete audio system, tinted windows, 315/75x16 with 16x10 Weld Typhoons, 2.5 inch Jack-It leveling kit, True Speed Calibrator, and 4.30 gears rear limited slip.

My wife drives a 2000 Explorer Sport 4x4. We aren't doing any mods to it because it is a lease.

I at one time or another owned the following:
1967 F-100 2wd 352 FE engine 3 speed on the column. This was a fun truck and I miss it.
1969 Bronco restored with 351w, AOD, Dana 60 front and rear, 5inch lift, 35 inch BFG Mud Terrain, and custom interior.
1976 F-250 HighBoy 4x4 with 460, C6, NP205, Dana 60 rear, Dana 44HD front, 35 BFG Muds.
1984 F-150 4x4 300 six 4 speed with 33inch tires.
1987 F-150 4x4 302 auto 4inch lift 35 inch tires.
1994 F-150 4x4 xtra cab flareside 351w auto 31/10.50
1997 F-150 4x4 flareside stock (lease)

Tell us what you drive or have owned and where your located.

Scott

Right at the moment, I have an 84 F-100, and an 89 Taurus LX wagon. I just got rid of a Geo Metro, gave it to a friend of mine for christmas in fact. He needed a car badly.

Back home, there's a Dakota, a Nissan truck, and a New Yorker that my wife bought.

There used to be a Cobra II, but it went by-by.

Although the family resides in Tipton County Tennessee, I myself have been stationed in Norfolk Virginia for a couple years now. And with all the shootings, stabbings, drugs, and truly bad traffic in this town there is no way I would want my family to move here with me.

So every once in a while I take leave and head home.

But I like an occasional road-trip anyway!

I hope to take the Torino to Memphis Motorsport park as soon as it opens back up, I had run it down there about 2 years ago when it had a .030 351c 2bl heads that was mildly built and a C6 2500 stall 3.89. It ran a best of 14.78 at 93 mph, I think the performer intake hurt performance. I hope to get a low 14 or high 13 w/ the 429. My stang has run a best of 14.81 @ 95mph stock w/ H pipe ,exhaust and 2.73 gears, Hope to have it in the low 13, high 12 range w/ my 306 im building.

Whoa!
(I guess I finally woke up, for once)

If you're in Atoka - YOU LIVE JUST UP THE ROAD FROM MY HOUSE!

Say hello to the folks 'round there for me, will ya?

If you've been out to Munford in the past few months, you may have met my wife Toni Ann at "Cougar Corner", a great little hole in the wall burger place, where you can git a huge cheese burger with all the jalapenos on it you want...

Aw, man...

That's way too cool...

I live in Collierville, which is about 20 miles southeast of Memphis, and work in Memphis. My daily driver is a '96 Mercury Sable, but I'm gradually restoring a '69 F100 Ranger (lwb styleside, 360/C6, factory air). The engine is coming out this weekend for a badly needed rebuild, at which point it will become a 410+ (416 at .030 over, 422 at .060, we'll see). I've been collecting the parts for a while, and have an Edelbrock intake, freshly rebuilt C8AE-H heads, etc.

Paul, where is Seymour? Just joking, I was born and raised there. How long have you lived there? My wife and I moved to Douglas about 4 years ago but we still visit my parents in Seymour every week. I was raised in the first subdivision on the left from Chapman towards the school. What do you drive and how often do you visit White Star Market?

I live down off Boyds Creek Road , I can throw a stale hot dog & hit White Star if I had too . Hahaa , The White Star Hot Dogs smell good , but lordy , you can ( You Know What ) Over a dump truck if you eat too many of them . We have lived here since 1988 . Before it was so crowded & they installed the 100 ft Macdonalds sign & Seymour was just a wide spot in the road . We've been looking to move some where less crowded etc but its hard to find anything . I have a side gig working on vehicles etc , One my customers has a home up on Douglas , I like it up there , Very quiet , at least for now . I have a 90 F150 4x4 . It just turned over to 180K miles & still runs very well . One other mechanic has touched it in 12 yrs & that was to have some A/C Work done . What makes me laugh is Im surrounded by guys that own Chevys , Either they are being towed home or they are being winched onto the back of flat bed tow trucks . Scott , You sound like you have a sweet truck there . Im going to hang onto mine as long as it continues to run well , Its long since paid for & I hate vehicle payments .
