1997 Ford

I currently have a 1997 F150. The check engine light has come on. I replaced the Mass Air Flow Sensor and light has gone out. But it idles ruff. It didn't idle that ruff when the light was on. Could someone tell me what else I need to check. Thanks

Did you seal the sensor to the MAF housing?

Have the spark plugs ever been changed ,if not you could be getting a miss fire from that
