It`s funky 2.8 thang. Its behind the thermostat housing, and the bypass hose hooks up to this.. I`m screwed till I get another one or figure out how to get the broken bolts out.. May run by the ford dealer to try my luck but I`m doubting it. Oh for the love of a lil antiseize lube..

I have a drill press if you need to try to drill it out. That would probably be easier than trying to use an electic hand drill.

Checked with the ford dealer today, and they can`t get me one.. Worth a shot.

It don't look like you got enough metal there to try and drill and heli-coil it. You can try and easy out but I would heat around the bolt. 9 times outta 10 on a bolt that small you just end up breakin the easy out. If you can drill it DEAD CENTER you can sometimes drill it out just big enough to "peel" whats left of the bolt out of the threads.

if you take a dremmel, maybe you can cut a slot in it to fit a screw driver and drive it out that way.

Ideas:

1. Soak in PB Blaster. Use heat. Most likely won't work.

2. Drill it out undersize and use a smaller bolt and nut. Use a grade 8 if you can get one.

3. Take to a machine shop and see what they can do.
