I have never messed with it and don't know a thing about it but I did find this: Accelerator Adjustment
In some cases, the accelerator sensor doesn't respond as it should. You may notice it clicking or hesitating when you push on it. The accelerator on the Power Stroke is completely electronic, there is no throttle cable. This sensor can be adjusted for better throttle response. Go easy though, if you adjust it too far, you may have a problem with the engine resetting to idle. There is no adjustment on the switch. I had to bend the tab on the accelerator that depresses the switch until I was satisfied. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! It's nice to have throttle control. Tips - Idea - Hints
Good luck and WELCOME!
i found how to set the tps you have to drill out the holes in the tps so you can turn it then warm up the engine then with key on engine off use a volt meter put negitive on the battery and the postive in the middle wire on the tps at idle you want 1.1 volts and at W.O.T you want no more than 4.5 volts just set mine and done a hot pedal WOW LOVE IT !!!!!!!
Sounds good to me (I don't know anything about what you are talking about, ....yet). If/when I think I may have an idle problem I will refer to this thread. Glad it worked for you.

This known as the hot pedal mod designed to have a faster throttle response. It removes the slack time from touching the pedal to full throttle, makes it a bit more responsive too.
