de smog 1978 ranger

new guy here,just been given a 78 f-150 4x4.been sitten a long time.got it started,runs rough,can i eliminate the the the emission stuff.any help would be nic.and a good manuel...

This is the wrong forum. This is for the Ranger light pickup, you have an older F series. Try the F series forum.

YOU kahn this is my first time on this thing,so give me a break##58 yr ole disabled vet tring to get this trk right for my 15 yr ole son and thats all u can say this is for light ranger trucks,

get alife or learn some tack.

Instead of going all PTSD why don't you take his advice and go to a forum that has all kinds of resources for the truck you're trying to work on?

I did take his advice,and their are some good stuff,yea i do have ptsd,good call.just frustrated over this trk,been along time since took on a project.thanks for input
