Extended cab vs. Standard cab frames

Extended cab vs. Standard cab frames
Hi, I was wondering if there was any difference between the extended cab and standard cab frames on a 1974 extended cab and a 1979 3/4 ton standard cab frame. Dont really care about motor mount locations or that sort of thing, just about where the cab, radiator core support, etc. bolt down. Thanks.

A Supercab short bed has a wheel base of 139 inches and a standard cab long bed has a wheel base of 133 inches Ive heard that the frame on a supercab is totally different than that of a standard cab, that there is a huge step in the frame on a super cab.
