FPR ON 97 psd

Can I Run Stock Injectors With BB / running superchip programer ,3in. downpipe, 4in.exaust,4.11 in rear, cold air intake, custom built air inlet on charge side of turbo, and gutted ebv

I would think so. Your computer is already set for the turbo. Might have to do some adjusting to it with the programmer since you adding more air to it. I would think.
