'97 explorer fan runs, but no air out of vents

On this '97 explorer, the fan is running, but no air out the defrost, ac, or heat vents no matter what position the switch is in. I tried to read the sticky on the air door, but the link is broken. Thoughts?

Does your Explorer have Auto (buttons) climate control or the manual (*****) system?

Either way I'd suggest pulling the blower motor and making sure the squirrel cage is still functioning properly on the blower, that it is not stuffed with a mouse nest, and that there isn't a pile of napkins or something in the duct work just after the blower. Next, assuming manual climate control, I'd make sure you are getting vacuum to the control head when the engine is running.
