Question

239 for 312 Engine swap

I have a running 239 OHV and a 3 speed trans out of a 55 effie and I recently purchased a 1957 ford wagon with a worn out 312 and fordomatic tranny...Question!! What would I need to change and/or retrofit to put the 239 in the wagon and hook it up to the fordomatic? Eventually (money permitting), I plan to rebuild the 312 and re-install it.

You might want to post this question on the Y-block forum. There a ton of good hands that will stear you in the right direction.
