window motor drivers rear
Can somone help with how to get this out and where to get a replacment for it?
1997 f-350 CC
I checked all the wiring to it and have power but it just clicks when you try to raise or lower it.
Any help would be great.

If that's the problem the motor to the window should still run but the window won't or intermittantly moves.
Those little plastic things are:
Window Regulator gear plugs(3)
Autozone part # 74410 $7.99
cheap fix, getting the regulator out is the fun part.
