Clearance Lights not working

Clearance Lights not working
The left side clearance lights, amber and red, on my ’99 F-350 DRW are not working. I can’t figure out how to remove the lens to check the lamps and check for voltage. Can anyone give me advice on how to get to the lamps and sockets?

Sorry! Maybe I should have need help with "Side Marker Lights" on the left fender.

For your info: I called a Ford Truck Service Center and they said to remove the plastic wheel well inner liner to gain the access to the lamp fixtues clips and wiring.
