Transmission Slipping (?)

Transmission Slipping (?)
When driving in 3rd, 4th, or overdrive and I get on the gas, it feels like I'm slipping a little. It'll jump a couple/few hundred RPMs before "evening out" and coming back down to the proper RPMs for the speed I'm at. What could this be?

south bend makes a great clutch for that truck...it will be costly any witch way u go...be sure to get a good quality flywheel!!! if the bearing come apart for the dual friction plate it will shake really bad and crack your bell housing
