Torque Converter Access Cover

I just bought a 2003 Excursion with the 7.3L this past weekend. It did not come with the black plastic cover that covers the torque converter (Fits between the transmission and engine). Does anyone know a part number for that piece? I don't really want to go through a Minnesota winter without it.
