Sask questions.

Hi,
Just new here and seen you asking for some activity from Sask. We're here. Are there many events for the Ford Truck Enthusiast coming up. It would be cool to get together for a swap meet type thing.

Jeff

Yea, I think a camping thing would be good. It would be nice to see some other trucks than what's in your own community, as well as idea sharing. There is nothing around here other than classic car show & shine stuff. No truck specicfic events at all. Looking a Cuda's and Mustangs is great, but after you see 100 restorations each spring the novelty is all gone!! If you guys know of a decent campgound where we can wheel in the motorhomes and trucks, we should think about having a few guys go look at it and see if we can set something up for maybe the May long weekend. There are a few around here that would hold it, but we will need to start planning in January so that the word gets out.

Cheers

That sounds like fun, I think having an informal swap meet might be nice.
I live in s'toon also have been lurking here for ...3 years I guess.
Have an 76 f250 4dr 4x4 in the process of building a new cab for it and a new 390 also

Yeah I like the idea of a meet and swap. None of my trucks are done for show, but still it is great to see the old trucks showing some age and charater.
I live near Saskatoon and Pike Lake provincial park here has done simular meets for other car clubs, but there is no fishing there.
I also have a budget problem at the moment and may not be able to afford to travel afar yet by next summer, but who knows I might win a lottery.
I still would like to give a try to go. So who has time to conduct a meeting and check out possible sights for such an event.
