Boost leak detector
Been looking everywhere for a rubber tube and a plastic cap the right size to make the leak detector myself. All i can find is the 3" rubber adapters that go around pvc pipe that are 1/2" too big. Figured 2.5 would be just right but was told they don't make that size.http://images.ford-trucks.com/forums...s2/cussing.gif Tried Home Depot and Rural King and Ace Hardware. it is a rubber boot with a plug clamped on the end w/ a guage and air fitting. put it on the inlet of the turbo and pressurize it up to 10-20 lbs and you will hear your boost leaks. i'm about to get one! check this one out...http://www.dieselsite.com/index.asp?...ROD&ProdID=607
