I would bet to say yes.. but I couldnt tell you how much work would be involved, nor what parts you would need. I say this, because you get a signal from the VSS ( do you need a new one now), You have a wire feeding the gage cluster ( do you need a new wiring harness). I am sure you get the idea. It would be easier if the truck was sitting side by side with another truck, and the prints..
Assuming that you have 7.3 diesel, yes it is possible. The cruise control is already in the PCM and most of the switches area already there and connected. You will need a steering wheel with the controls, a clock spring with the additional wires to connect the controls to the exiting harness and a switch activated by the brake pedal connected to the plug on the left fender well that would have been connected to the brake pressure switch on the master cylinder of a cruise control equipped truck.
There is also no port in the master cylinder of non cruise equipped trucks to accept the switch. Instead of adding a brake pedal switch, you could replace the master cylinder with one for a cruise equipped truck and install the factory pressure switch.
