Loose Manual hub question
I have a 96 F150 with original manual hubs. The Driverside manual hub seems loose and rattles when I hit a bump. I have made sure all the bolts are tight but I can still wiggle it. Does this mean the hub is shot and that is what needs to be replaced, or is it somthing else? Gonna go tomarrow and buy a haynes manual.... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It only bolts to a piece that's held in by a snap ring. Looseness and rattling is a common sign of a bad o-ring between the hub and lock **** housing, but make sure that's what's rattling- Chances are it's actually your caliper that is rattling.

Loose Hub
Its definetly the hub ratteling. I can wiggle it and make it rattle with my hand. Can I buy the snap ring I need at autozone? Is it sold seperatly or is there some kind of kit I might need to purchase?. Im not going to buy anything until I get it apart.
