A winch definitly would have been sweet but theres just no room behind the bumber with the intercooler there. My 97 had that exact setup, the fairlead was right where those bottom lights are....

For Bambi's it needs to be upside down to scoop up the venison steak for the night. The momentum would keep the deer pressed against the griil.Til you get home and cut the haunch off. A cow catcher style. Just not the beef. May damage the truck.

I am still undecided as to whether I like those or not - have seen a couple and, like you said, I think it will grow on a guy. I am very slow to warm up to new accessories that havent been around much ... I am definitely not 'cutting edge'!
