torza hard hat

does anyone know anything about these covers? I am looking for a hard folding cover.
I looked on there web site and the description wasnt very clear.

I haven't looked at them since the bigshow two years ago, but I was pretty impressed in how they've upgraded their products since they first came out. I can't remember too many specifics, but I did like it better than Advanced's old aluminum ice cream cooler folding cover.
