Checked out the site put in my VIN and it said there were no recalls for my X.

Thanks Stewart. I called the dealership again, but this time I spoke with the service advisor for diesel trucks. He confirmed that my Ex is on the recall list and made appt for the one hour installation.
Had my '00 Limited 7.3 PSD in today for a fuel guage issue and they found the open recall for my truck. Harness was replaced today and I haven't even received the letter from Ford yet.
