My truck does this sometimes and I dont drive it hard. Usually if I am going around a corner that is wet or from gravel to pavement. This is usually a second gear kind of thing, so if I lug it a little it doesn't happen. But if I dont let off the throttle just a little, it can happen quite easily. The last time it happened I was coming out of the field in the wet grass and had to stop at the gate because a car was coming. The read wheel spun a little and when I got on the pavement there was wheel hop until I let of the gas. I remember someone else starting a thread about wheel hop, and the point of it was he drove normally and it still happened.
so in my truck it sees mainly pavement, but at the same time i do go offroad(nothing serious) out on a farm, and i was thinking for a while about getting these.....bottom line is so i would just make it so they are "snug" and leave it there? i wouldnt have any problem with the movement of the rear axle would i?
I havnt had any problem with the cal tracs , and i don't think you would have a problem with the LFP bars . Some types of ladder bars will limit suspension movment . But the adjustable bars can be set where you want . It might make a stiffer ride but i didn't notice to much differance . So you can set them where you want , the tighter the less spring rapp ....Lew
