Try your local auto parts counter. This could save on shipping. Most places have access to the same selection of patch panels. Here's what Mill Supply carries, for example: Parts Page
I was able to buy panels at my local Car Quest Auto Parts store. Was good quality and once I figured in shipping was pretty close to same price... Also had them the next day Vs 3 to 6 for ups. You can try Salvage yards too. There are at least 2 in my area that can get new stuff.
hey im 17 and just got my first truck, its a 77 f100 series. Now my floor pans are completely rotten through, its convenient if my brakes fail because i can literally flintstone as is. but im also driving it to school in the next couple of monthes. so i looked at lmc and they have some pretty cheap floor pans for that year. but i also looked up the bronco graveyard, it didnt have any directly but it had some for the broncos. would they fit or what would you recommend?
i just replaced mine in my 77 with some lmc pieces. i would say they were as good as any others i've used in the past.
Well, I need to put new floor pans, and real wheel patches on 79 F150. I know basically zip about welders, but want to get one. 1st to work on truck (I have a buddy who can show me the ropes), but then I have been compiling a list of what other projects I could use a welder for. Justification to the old lady, you know.
Any way, Mig, Stick, Gas.....not sure.
I saw this on craigslist, gas, but what else is required? I was reading a thread about a Hobart, but needed a gas conversion kit...Just need some advice on what I really need, and if this one would do the job, + what else I would need.
