I want to eventually swap in a 5.4L 4v In-tech from a 98-04 Lincoln Navigator to a 97-02 Expedition, I am curious to know what I need, is this a direct swap? all I need is the engine harness and PCM/ECU Right, I wanna do some mods to it but not much.

I wanna put Ford GT Cams in it as well as Ford GT Exhaust manifolds if possible. Also Can I use GT500/GT Heads as well, or do I need the upper and lower intake from that? will I need a flash from that.

 

Bump, so I found out I can't use the heads from a GT500/GT unless I use a custom intake manifold and I basically want everything to look stock.

Do you guys think I could get away with 8:3:1 Compression for daily driving? Mahle Pistons and Manley Connecting Rods Valve Springs, etc
