Rough idle and a stumble at throttle tip in can be a vacuum leak, If this truck has a juice can resovoir on the passenger inner fender take it off and check the bottom for rust holes. Another possibility are the vacuum lines themselves, they're plastic and get brittle with age so cracks are common.
