airbag light flashing 19 code

hey guys my airbag light is flashing a 19 code after i had an alarm/ remote starter installed .. any ideas that means??

B1231---19----------3-----------RCM Crash Data Memory Full

I would be checking the install on the alarm. Where did they get the power from? Did they somehow disconnect the sensor?

it was installed at a shop.. so i dont even know where they got the power.. i did see that they had two power wires hooked up to the battery directly.. do u know if the 19 code can be cleared..
