Need SERIOUS help

The CPS codes are gone. I only get codes during the KOER test (PO542 and 476). And while I realize that water in the modules may be the issue, I want to eliminate all other possibilities first so I dont eat a $400 bill for a PCM that wasnt bad. But I really do appreciate all the advice and the quick responses. You guys are great. Looks like Ill check the 42 pin, water test the windshield, smoke some cigs, and be glad Im not flat rate!
