It's P1151, I can't figure it out, I have a fuel filter awaiting installation, have put Lucas in the fuel tank, my van runs like a raped ape, it's a 15 passenger with 3.50 gears a microtuner program on the 5.4 and it's laying rubber like never before, what gives. I can't get my tags till I can correct this, I erased the code, drove around and it's back up again. My MPG is a steady 10 city, that's hot rodding it, if I could stay out of it it'd likely go up, which would be impressive. I had to replace my DPFE last year, so I know that isn't it, o2's were done 5 years ago, I did them, previous were clean as a whistle and no codes, I just had the cash and got a deal on them.
Just the print out I got and the online description have a list of causes, no out right replace the o2 in writing on them. I'd like to know which side is bank 2 to get the right one as I'm looking down at the 2 of them from behind my engine from inside through the open doghouse of my van.

Technical Description
Lack of HO2S-21 Switch, Sensor Indicates Lean
What does that mean?
A Heated Exhaust Oxygen (HO2S) sensor indicating lean at the end of a test is trying to correct for an over-rich condition. The test fails when the fuel control system no longer detects switching for a calibrated amount of time.
Symptoms
You will likely not notice any drivability problems.
Causes
A code P1151 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
Electrical:
* Short to VPWR in the harness or HO2S
* Water in the harness connector
* Open/shorted HO2S circuit
* Corrosion or poor mating terminals and wiring
* Damaged HO2S
* Damaged PCM
Well I'm going ahead and doing a number of things that need to be done, oil and filter change, fuel filter, clean the MAF if I can find what I did with my can of stuff, the PCV system is junk, never been a good fit before, doubt it's throwing a code now.
