Well I had my mechanic do my injectors...I got over there right when he finished it up and tried to fire it.
When he turned the ignition over, the engine cranked 1 time and locked up. He turned key off and repeated 4-5 more times.
As these injectors are oil driven (or whatever) he turned the motor over by hand....backwards and forwards as much as possible....high compression didnt allow much.
Again tried turning ignition on and the engine jumped and locked up again..
He said the oil must of ran down in the cylinders so he pulled it back apart, put some rags down over engine and turned over a few times to spit all that excess oil out.
Put it back together and it started right up....Only problem is its running EXTREMELY rough, still has a knock and runs like crap. When driving down street it's a bad hesitation.
Any ideas?

Bent or twisted rods, cracked pistons, crushed main bearings. Pull the glow plugs, get a GOOD bore scope, and look at the carnage. Top ring lands will probably be broken, and either embedded into the head or sent out the exhaust and into the turbo. This will probably not end well. Where are you located? And by the way, there are posts on this site dealing with how to do injectors. He should have followed one. I pull the glow plugs and crank the engine over several times by hand, then crank with the starter, before reinstalling the glow plugs and firing the truck. GOOD LUCK If you dont have many miles on the truck since firing, you MAY have air in the fuel/oil system. It can take a while to get the air out.

WTF did he turn the motor over for with the glow plugs in it for? (Im assuming thats what he did as you said "high compression doesnt allow much") That was a waste of time. He had the right idea, just not quite right. Hopefully you dont have a shortened rod or something of that nature, but its not looking good.
