Also, on the Ford repair estimate for my 96, it says that the ICP is leaking diesel fuel.
I checked this morning, and it is. It is diesel fuel, and when I wiggle the plug, it leaks out to the wires. Could that possibly be the reason it is running rough?
ICP has engine oil running through it, not diesel fuel. And yes, if oil is coming out of the connector it is on its way out. IMO replace it.
Yes, I stand corrected. It is leaking oil onto the wires that connect to it.

I have removed my valve covers and checked the wiring harnesses, and they
are fine. There is nothing burnt or melted, and all the wires Ohmed out fine.
The truck cranks and runs, but it runs rough, especially when it is cold.
Of course, unplug the plug the pigtail on the connector, that forces the pcm to restore defualt pressures so you can sdrive the truck untill you rteplace it, there not cheap, I got mine for 153 with a discount and there 170 I belive
