My driver doorpin is messed up. When you open the door the interior light doesn't come on. So I figured the pushpin switch just had either gone bad with corrosion, etc. I haven't gotten around to changing the switch out, but today I had an observation...keep the keys in the ignition and open the door and the idiot buzzard goes off. So I guess the switch is working. Is there somewhere else I need to check like on the fuse box or something for a relay or something of the like to get my interior light going? It comes on when you open the pass side door.
On the drivers side pin switch, there is 3 wires. Green/Yellow is power feed, Red/Pink is to the warning chime and the Black/Light Blue is to the interior lights. Either the switch is bad or there is a problem with the Black/Light Blue.
