Exclamation Longbed?
I dunno for sure, but I was wondering if my '65 is a longbed... the back seems longer than most normal trucks, but maybe its just my perception

Do you have a picture? Or use a tape and check to see if it is 8 feet of 6 feet.

2 stake pockets per typically means a short bed. 3 stake pockets is indicative of a long bed.

It's over 6' long... and it has 6 stake pockets, 3 on each side.

Forget the tape measure, you don't need it.

Look on the second line of the Warranty Plate for this: W.B. = Wheelbase.

If it's 129" you have a long (8') bed. If it's 115" (6'), it isn't.

Aside from the 6 stake pockets, it has a 129" wheelbase, so it IS a longbed!
