Does any one know which oil to use for a 1997 f250 with 4.10 gears 75/140or 75

If mineral oil then i would think EP 80w90 or if synthetic then 75w140. Either way if you have a limited slip diff make sure the oil has the additive in it.

to be safe i would say the 75w90 since almost all the limited slips require this weight. as for the additives i have yet to see any name brand oil without those. i know vavoline and castrol oils have it.
