Parking brake cable
Anyway, when looking at parts, which side is "left" and which is "right?"
Also, looking at rockauto, they list a "Front," "intermediate," and then the two rear brake cables. And it seems to depend on wheelbase.
What is the wheelbase on a regular cab? Also is there a front and intermediate cable on a reg cab truck, I don't recall there being an intermediate one on mine.
As for wheelbase the best way is just to measure it. Measure from the center of the rear axle hub to the center of the front axle hub with wheels straight.
From memory I think there is an intermediate cable, it joins on to the cable from the pedal and runs to the equalizer.

So I'm right up to speed with this lol.
first,
when talking about a vehicle's "left" and "right" side, the driver's side is always the left side.
or an easier way to remember perhaps is it's always from the point of view when standing behind and facing the vehicle.
second,
The wheelbase on the regular cab is 133".
third,
Yes.
there are 4 brake cables.
1. front.-this one comes from the E-brake and go to the first connection point (roughly-as i just looked quick enough to see what i needed-obvious on my truck,as they actually where broke.) just under or slightly behind the door.
2.intermediate.-this one comes from there and goes into a second connection block before the rear tire.
3.rear left.(also known to you now,as the "drivers side" rear)
the last one going into the drivers side wheel/brake shoes.
1, 2 & 3 are all "left" or "driver's" side cables.
4.rear right.-the one that goes from there over to the right or "passenger side" wheel/brake cable.
fourth,
so when you said:
"I did the driver's side one back in the spring, and I want to replace the passenger side one too."
you "probably" where referring to the "rear left" (#3 above) that goes into the wheel.
so if your looking to replace the whole brake cable now,as to avoid problems in the future, you will want 1,2,and 4.
good luck!
(keep in mind, this info is for 93.can't claim what years share this setup sorry lol.some searching or just looking under your truck in 20 seconds or less will determine it though.the f250's in 93 only offered an 8 ft bed, either reg or super cab.the super cab being 155" wheelbase with both options using the same brake cables EXCEPT the "intermediate")
