Help!!!!!!

MY truck is driving friggin nuts. I checked the codes and i get a 25 and 44. The knock sensor is MIA and I am going to remove the smog stuff. It starts and idles fine. As soon as it starts to warm up it bogs under acceleration and slight acceleration @ cruise. Fuel pressure is 36 psi at the rail and that was with an inop in tank pump. I replaced the pump and sending unit and fixed a kink in the fuel line that must have happened when the tank was installed by the previous owner. It also has new fuel filters. Any ideas??

I had not checked the codes after replacing the fuel pump and repairing the kinked fuel line. I was thinking maybe the oxygen sensor since it was only happening after it warmed up. Possibly after going into closed loop. i checked the codes and I had a 41. replaced the O2 sensor and it now runs great. i thought i would post my findings and maybe this will help some one else.
