VaSheriff-You are correct the mud did match the carpet better....no love, do you know how to keep said mud from getting past the gasket/seal that is supposed to keep it out??
western star- The paint is holding up pretty well, on the rear barn doors it is peeling a bit from hauling stuff around, I used plastidip in a aeresol can for them but since there is a base coat of black it doesn't show through.

You know me.... I have an answer for everything!
The solution is to not drive your Excursion in rain or snow. And stay away from mud puddles as well.
I have never driven my Excursion in snow or rain. I have other vehicles sitting around. And if I need 4 wheel drive, I can hop in my daughter's new Eddie Bauer Explorer. She drives it in rain and aims for mud puddles anyway!
