Do I have a transmission issue?
I have a 03 F-250 6.0L Diesel 4wd auto transmission, that has twice in the last week "downshifted" into a lower gear while traveling down the highway around 70mph. Once this happens I dont' feel the truck shift gears at all - higher or lower. Once I come to a stop and turn the key off and restart the truck, the issue goes away. I feel the truck shifting fine at lower speeds. The 2nd time it happened was the same scenario as the first, was on the highway traveling about 70mph.
Got it home, turned it off and back on and took off down the street and it was shifting fine.
Any ideas what might be causing my issue.

If it were me, I'd hook up a scanner and watch "road speed" when it does this. Sounds like the PCM thinks the speed is not what it really is.
