I just got a 1990 F150 302 5.0 liter 122,000 miles.

not a bad truck for $1,800. Ran great for the first two weeks then last week I stop to put gas in and she would not start. So we changed the fule filter, fule pump and tried a new battery, I change the plugs and wires eariler that week. she wants to start but just can roll over all the way

Are you getting fuel at the fuel rail?...Spark?
When you turn the key, you should hear the pumps run for a second or two.
Start with the basics....
There are so many things that it could be....
Have you pulled the codes? If not, that would be an excellent place to start. You can pull the codes yourself without a code reader.
Go to the tech sticky at the top of out 87-96 forum
It will explain how to do it.
Let us know what you get.
......and welcome to FTE!

Is the tank switched to the tank that has fuel in it? That's happened to me before...

Bp/mass

On your heater under the hoodd or close to it is a little black thing(bp/mass) it has lines going to your TB
What it does is change your mix as you drive and to what the motor needs if it goes out it will turn over but not start caue there is no fuel
will fire on started floud but not run
try taking it off and shake it a few times and puld it back in sometimes that works or go get one in the wrecking yard off any EFI motor (ford of courst)can be 4cly to 8 cly .I have one on my 92 out of my 85 ,92 is 4.9 stl8 6 and 85 was 5.0

You know I had to think what he was talking about, and then the way he stated it I lost the name of the sensor. Then I had to go look it up to remember that he is referring the the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor. Before you go shaking that up or getting a new one, do Like what is stated start with the basics. Determine if you have compression, fuel and spark, you can assume you have some compression as the engine spins so see if you have spark and fuel.

Also, refer to fordfuelinjection.com to find out how to pull the codes from your computer. It is possible for it to store codes to help direct your search of repairing the beast. No codes, i.e. code 11, means it is a system not monitored by the computer that is at fault, codes can help you pinpoint a system's sensor as a starting point.
