Miss Under a Load.....
I know it could be a lot of things. Any diag ideas? It happened an hour or so after I filled up today. I put some dry-gas through.
I know it could be a lot of stuff but could I get some input?

I need to get a fuel pressure gauge. Ive been meaning to, just havent gotten around to it.
It happens during acceleration. Not always, but it happens. Probably about 35 and I was on the highway and it sorta lagged about 55 (I think thats really 60 on my truck?) and it creeped slowly up past it.
It just feels like a momentary loss of throttle power. I can get through it and drive and I can feel it a little at certain points but nothing consistent.
