1989 E250 4X4 Conversion

Hey all....

I have a 1989 Ford E250 and I am thinking of converting it to a 4X4. Can sombody point me in a direction as far as getting information on how to do this and whats involved?

Where are you located? I'll sell you my 81 Quadravan with all the 4x4 parts including axles transfer case driveshafts, EVERYTHING for 800 bucks.
