I think my front pass. side leaf spring is bent. The truck seems to sit lower on that side and when comparing the front springs the one on the pass side looks bent(kinda like someone hit a severe pot hole). The shock on that side was broke as well (replaced all with Bilstein). Any idea what the cost would be to get it fixed?
It depends on what you want done. You can replace it or have it re-arched by a reputable shop. Either way that pack has to come off to do it. I recently snapped a leaf off-roading and replaced the pack. It took me all day (I replaced both packs since I had over 180K on them) and all new hardware. I would guess that it would be 2-3 hours of labor to remove/re-install the pack and either the cost of re-arching (don't know that one) or a new pack from Ford (my code V packs were just under $200/pack).
Not much to go with, but prices vary by area. You can piece things together from above. I hope this helps at least some...
If you're going to replace a spring, plan on replacing both. I would never recommend 2 springs of different ages, as they'll have different rebound characteristics and the older one will have a little more sag and give to it. Different springs could cause handling problems you wouldn't expect. $200 each sounds about right, they were about $160 each at our shop's discount from the dealer.

x2 on that. I replaced both spring packs since I'm pretty sure a spring pack with 0 miles on it will react just a little different than a pack with 185K miles on it. Regardless, I would probably be paranoid that one side was sitting lower than the other (the new packs added almost 1" of height). I haven't measured now that the packs have some miles on them, but I'm sure they've settled a little.
I was able to get my spring packs through a local dealer at almost fleet pricing (around $170/pack) since I buy A LOT of parts with them. With a large price tage like that, you can probably visit a few dealers and ask them what they can "do" for you for a price. Some will high ball you, but some will come back a little lower for a bulk order like that (plus they know you'll come back to them too). It's always worth a try. It worked for me.
