Got my front end torn down today to replace the rusted out radiator support...However I have ran into a small problem...The holes to mount the new, rust free core support to the fram rails are about 2 inches in diameter instead of what I presume to be a smaller opening....Anyone got an idea what size the holes should be, or how far from the end of the frame rail the holes should be? Thanks!!!

Are you talking about the holes in the frame rails? Are they rusted out to a larger size? If that's the case, you can get a repair kit from Bronco Graveyard (site sponsor) to correct that.

The holes on my truck were oversized to accept the shoulder on the rubber mounts.

The core support does not bolt directly to the frame...if it did, the whole truck would vibrate.

On each side of the support are rubber cushions, one upper, one lower per side.

As the member above me said, the upper cushion has a shoulder on it, fits into the hole in the frame rail.

You can buy these cushions as part of a cab mount kit from aftermarket parts suppliers, or...

2) D3TZ1000396C .. Upper Radiator Support Cushion / Fits: 1965/79 F100/350 / Obsolete

GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has NINE = 800-543-4959.

WESLEY OBSOLETE PARTS in Liberty KY has TEN = 606-787-5293.

2) C5TZ8100155A .. Lower Radiator Support Cushion / Fits: 1965/79 F100/350 / Obsolete

WESLEY OBSOLETE PARTS has ONE.

No one else has any, but you could buy one (or two) of the upper cushions, and cut the shoulder off.
