Power Door Locks
I am sure this has been covered somewhere so if someone could point me to it that would be great...as not to waste anybody's time
I can lock/unlock with power switch I can unlock/lock doors with key however I can not unlock the door with the key if I used the switch to lock it. I use the key I can unlock it with the key , if I physically push down lock I can open with key I hope this made since.

Welcome to FTE! Sounds like the door actuator is seizing up or the rod from the actuator to the locking mechanism is bent.
Either way, there is not much you can tell until the interior door panel is off. Then with a good, bright light you'll be able to see what is going on. Be sure to put the water seal back on securely.
