I need help

Its been awhile since my last thread which was very helpfull, but I seem to be stumped again.I am looking for a dash mounted backup switch for my f600. I saw one on a 69 f700 the bezel is the same as 61-66 bezels with the words backup light around the bezel, execpt that the **** is like the the 61-66 but the end is larger like the 68 and up, it looks the same as the dash mounted cargo light with the red warning light in the end which I have and I would like to match with the backup switch.any info would help especialy a part number to give the part suppliers. the cargo light switch is for work lights for the tray area 22 ft. and the back up under the tray. hoping to hear back from someone.

What 1966 or earlier Ford truck had factory installed backup lights? None.

Backup lamps were not available until 1967 (or 1968, depending on the series) on any F Series Truck, Bronco or Econoline.

If you have backup lamps, they are either aftermarket, with separate backup only lamps.

Or someone installed the combo taillamp/backup lamp assemblies from 1967/79 F100/350 Flareside Pickups, Cab & Chassis, or C/F/N/NT/T500/1000's.

These lamps are all the same, just use different mounting brackets.

Whenever someone is looking for obsolete parts, and does not have the city or state listed on the upper right corner of the page, I check their "About Me" feature to discover where they are located.

This way...if applicable...I can list the sources who have the parts closest to them. So...I knew from the get-go your are in Oz.

Obviously this location jazz doesn't work too well for those who are Down Under, but notice that I typed 001 before the sources phone numbers.

btw: I do know that Green Sales ships parts to Europe via Fed-Ex, so I would assume they'll ship parts to other locations around the globe.

The other sources may not do this.
