Fuel Filter drain

Went to drain the frame mounted fuel filter and much to my surprise nothing came out of the port. The plastic lever was harder to move but did, but no flow. Any advice!

Try putting a wire up in the port while it is open. You could have dirt or sludge in the valve. Dirt dubbers like to nest it things like that as well.

nothing but a couple of dribles of water came out of mine when i opened it up too so i turned on the key and fuel poured out.

or turn the key on. i forgot they have electric pumps now.
