Gosh did the first hit a wall? The cool thing about that first one or all for that matter is if you look at the body surrounding the door it looks like it hasn't even be affected. Safe trucks.

Check out the steering wheel on the third one. Must of been a hard impact because the steering wheel is bent all to crap.

Man I hate to see those beautiful trucks wrecked; but it does say an awful lot about their safety and quality.

Agree with all above - passenger compartments stayed relatively in tact. That is great to see things have not changed. My 87 Ranger took a head on collision and we both walked out (me with a busted nose because I was not buckled in) after rolling and sliding on the roof. I'll pay for my 11-13 mpg and know that my family is safe if something happens. It is painful to see those beautiful new trucks totalled though, Mike.

I would say the trailer of a big rig as it seemed to go under what it hit. DAMN, nice bent steering wheel as well as head hit the window. That one (IMHO) seemed to be a drunk driver, but that was one heck of an impact. It is amazing how well the rest of the truck held up.

Check out the steering wheel on the third one. Must of been a hard impact because the steering wheel is bent all to crap.
Go back and look at the first one also.....
