Majority of the Ford supplier's carry most of the horn assembly components. I purchased a set from John's F100 located in SoCal; Anaheim, and able to save couple bucks on shipping cost. There customer support is very good, need to call them to confirm part is in stock, backorders with them can some times take couple days to weeks. Suggest purchasing couple extra contact brushes. The horn ring on my 65 requires 2 brushes.
Blue Oval Truck Parts is located in Anaheim. The Truck Shop is located in the city of Orange (truckandcarshop.com).
Thanks Bill for the 'heads up' on Johns, guess it's been awhile since purchased from them. Also, was not aware blue oval is located in SoCal, put them on my resource list. Actually, finally at the point with both trucks where no need for salvage runs, or trips to the local store for parts, which is always subject to change. 'life is good'.
Thanks guys for the info. I will try my local NAPA first, then if they don't have it I might have to road trip and get me one. The money I wouldv've spent on shipping could be better spent behind the wheel anyway!!
