2008 price
Can you guys give me an idea of what a 08 King Ranch is worth?
kbb.com and those never really figure lifted trucks out right, so maybe you guys can help?

Just use KBB or Edmunds. I disagree that those resources don't value lifted trucks correctly. Those sites don't add value for lifts, because lifts don't add value. In fact in the minds of many, lifts deflate the value of a truck. And the higher the lift, the more value is detracted. Overall, a lift is a push at best.
For that particular truck, a very nice looking one BTW, I would use the usual online resources and not let a salesman snow me.

I agree with Bill, the lift on this truck won't have a significant impact on the value.
Most people aren't interested in a lifted truck so this can actually make the truck harder to sell which can drive the price down.
BTW - Nice truck and view of the mountains.
