Colder heat range plug?

i have a 2000 v-10 6.8 and i just got a diablosport tuner for it, i heard awhile back from a modular performance shop to use a colder heat range plug?? which plug should i get ?? brand ect.. id like to stay with motorcraft.

i just want to reduce the chance of pinging / detnation if that is why

Pauls high perforamnce is the shop that had the article in Ford truck performance

It would be for pinging but keep an eye on the color of the insulator once in a while.

Does anyone know what plug i would need for one heat range colder than stock 2000 v10 6.8 spark plugs?
