Replacement Hinges?

Should I replace my worn out Door Hinges with an after market Hinge? Noticed they are $50.00 a piece Cheaper buying them this way....Any suggestions?

just replace the pins and bushings.

any parts store should have the replacements.

removing the hinges is a hassle.

real easy.

dremel cut the center and pry out what is left.

i will see if i have a link for pics of how to do it when i get a chance.

this is a link for a lincoln town car but it is exactly the same for f150.
